Hello and happy, happy, happy Friday! I'm taking today off work and my mother will be staying with us for 3 days, so there are lots of fun things ahead this weekend. And talking about fun... we have a brand new challenge for you at the CAS-ual Fridays blog!
Yes, we want to see your CAS creations with rhinestones, glitter, stickles... whatever you want to use to make your project sparkle.
Not only you can win a fabulous prize from our sponsor for this week, but also a Guest Designer Spot with us! What are you waiting for?
And now, meet my card in all it's blinging glory. I diecut that gorgeous skyline from black cardstock and adhered some yellow cardstock on the back. Then I applied yellow Stickles one by one to all of the teeny tiny windows you can see. I guess I'll have to re-graduate my glasses after this card ;)
I love how this sentiment fits in the design. I think it would be great to give it to a daughter or a friend who is moving to a big city, full of bling and lights and a grand social life that can sometimes make us forget to call back home, to write, to stay in touch. Do you know what I mean?
Ok, so don't forget to visit the rest of my teamies for lots of blingspiration! Also, keep an eye on the CAS-ual Fridays Facebook page because the FB Team also has a daily dose of amazing creativity for you.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend! Stay cool!
Supplies: Cardstock: Canson; Stamps: Papertrey Ink; Ink: Versafine; Die: (skyline) Impress; Other: Yellow Stickles by Ranger.
