Hello friends! It's PTI Blog Hop time! This month's inspiration picture screams Summer to me, so a Happy Summer card it was.
Note: My camera lens is having problems, hence the strange "spots" in the picture. It's not a huge wrinkle in the cardstock :)
I used a square piece with a negative die cut from one of the Beautiful Butterflies dies. The piece was also embossed with two Nestabilities squares and then adhered to a card base stamped with BB:Medallions in Harvest Gold and Hawaiian Shores. The sentiment is from Wreath for All Seasons. After having assembled the whole thing, I started to think I should ahve used grey instead of black for the word "Summer". What do you think?

Depending on which grey you would choose, I think this color is perfect so that it stands out :)
