Hello and welcome to our newest CAS-ual Fridays Challenge! Right now I'm at the beach, so this week's challenge couldn't make me happier... Splish, Splash! Or in other words, make a clean and simple paper crafted project that includes something you could find at the sea/beach/pool/lake, etc.
Our fab sponsor for this week is Stop&Scrap, who is generously offering a $20 gift certificate for the winner. Read more about them here.
I (obviously) went for a beach scene. The sun was made with die cut shapes and the Hero Arts palm tree was stamped and heat embossed with clear powder on cardstock and patterned paper. I like how it turned out :) Finally, I die cut the letters to spell the sentiment (dedicated to my lovely hawaiian friend Yuki!) and stamped them with a polka dot pattern.
That's it from me! Check out the challenge blog to see all the awesome inspiration the rest of the Girl Fridays have for you there, and don't forget to visit our Facebook page daily for yet more gorgeous creations from the Team!
Thanks so much for stopping by, have a fantastic weekend :)
