Ok, now onto the challenge details. Stamp your own wallpaper! This week it's all about CAS projects that include a stamped background. Ellen Hutson is sponsoring us and offering a fab prize. More details here.
When I thought about wallpaper the first thing that came to mind was damask, so I went that route. It started by stamping a pannel with a pretty damask from a Mama Elephant set in yellow and grey (love that colors together!). I wanted to tone down the colors a bit, so I overlayed a piece of vellum over on the card front (this was inspired by Jessica Witty, I just love her magic with vellum!).
Next came the sentiment. I stamped it straight on the vellum and again on silver shimmer cardstock and heat embossed it in mustard.
See that gorgeous shimmer? So pretty!
