My 22 months old son is a real traveler. Since he was 2 months and to this day he has crossed the Atlantic Ocean no less that 10 times! So he deserved his very own luggage tag, didn't he? Actually, the three of us deserve at least one trip in bussiness class after so much ocean crossing stuffed in those awful dwarf-designed seats, but guess taht won't be possible any day soon ;)
This weeks Hero Arts Club challenge asked us to create something travel/vacation related, so this is my entry. I hadn't any travel related stamps, but I had this cute DCWV cardstock from the Summer Travel collection. For the tag base I recycled a long and very thick piece of chipboard from packaging (can't remember the product, sorry!). Then I adhered the papperned paper, embellished with more paper and stamping, setted the eyelet and cut and machine stitched the clear cover from an acetate sheet.
So that's it for today. We have the whole sunday ahead to do family things such as sit in front of the fire and rant about the cold outside. Or we could actually venture outside and then feel really lucky for having a big ol' fireplace when we get home.
Have a nice sunday and thanks for stopping by!
