Hi everyone? Has the summer arrived to your spot of the world? It has here for sure! And after almost a whole year of winter I can tell you I'm going to enjoy each and every ray of sun. Yummm!!!
Ok, now let's get to my card for today. It's inspired in the colors from the latest challenge at the Embellish Magazine blog. Check it here.
This time we had to use some kind of butterfly in the card, and I thought it was about time to ink again this beautiful heart winged butterfly from Hero Arts. It's truly a classic! I stamped it on acetate and heat embossed it with green embossing powder from American Crafts. Once again I colored the half pearls with Copics. The flourish is also Hero Arts and the sentiment is PTI.
Thanks for visiting and have a great summer beginning!
Supplies: Cardstock from stash and Bazill kraft; Stamps: Hero Arts and PTI; Ink: Memento black, Vrrsamark, Copic; Other: Martha Stewart border punch, Zing embossing powder, Basic Grey pearls, WRMK Corner Chomper.
The butterfly color just pops off the white! And love the flourish trail & the scallop border. Great job, Lorena!
