to my american friends :)
I created this card for one of my best friends, Leah. Also entered it in this week's Cards Blog challenge. You can find an awesome bunch of 4th of July cards here. Mine is quite simple because it's going to be mailed internationally.
So for this card I put to work one of my latest purchases, my very 1st PTI impression plate. It's called Sunshine. Love at first sight! At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but now I think it's worth every penny and I'm planning to get a few more eventually.
For the stars I used nesties and stamped them with PTI's Background Basics: Geometrics, A Little Argyle and Hero Arts Houndstooth bg. The "happy" and the 4 are from PTI Get to the Point.
So that's it for today! If you're american, I wish you a great and safe holiday. If you're not, I wish you a great sunday too ;)
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies: Cardstock: Stash, Bazill kraft; Stamps: PTI (see above), Hero Arts; Ink: PTI Enchanted Evening, Fresh Snow, Colorbox red; Other: PTI impression plate, Nestabilities Stars, ribbon from stash, Uniball Signo white gel pen.
Fabulous card. I love the embossed design on the background and all of the stamp designs you used on the stars.
