Layered backgound

Hello! How's your weekend? Mine is a relaxed one. Much needed :) So, as the title says, today I'm sharing a card that features the layered background technique. Hero Arts artist Shari Carroll rocks this technique in this article and video. And this is my take on it:

 
Well, I used much bolder colors, but love how it turned out. All the stamps used are Hero Arts. I'm hooked to this big sentiments set lately :)

This card is so much fun! I love how those bold colors look on Kraft.... and I must try out that background technique. I also want to say your avatar pix in PTI forum is soooooo pretty!!!
