Good afternoon! A super quick post today (ok, they're always quick) with a card for the Embellish challenge. Believe it or not it's the very first time I've used crochet trim on a card! Hooray for challenges that make you stretch out of your comfort zone :)
I cut the scallops with a border die and stamped them with a gingham pattern in the challenge colors (or at least as close as I could get!). The rest of the card is pretty self-explanatory, I think :D
Thanks for visiting!
Supplies: Cardstock: Canson; Stamps: Papertrey Ink; Ink: Memento (black, bright yellow), SU! (darker yellow), Versamagic (both blues); Other: Copic marker, PTI medium scallop border die, crochet trim, yellow twine.
Absolutely. fabulous. Didn't you hear? Scalloped ruffles are IN!!! Glad to see you are having fun with your Gingham set... I sold mine to a friend right after I got it. Don't make me regret it now! lolz... :o)
