Hello, friends! Today's post is very special! There's a new challenge in town and I got to play along with their amazing Design Team for their debut post. Meet the Waffle Flower Challenge!
The first challenge will run from June 15th to July 25th. There are two cathegories you can choose from: a stamping technique or a sketch. You can also combine both of them. Check the complete details and rules here.
I went for the technique, which is to stamp a pattern. That happens to be one of my favorite techniques, so I was in inky heaven while creating this card.
My pattern inspiration came from this individual mat that lives by my computer.
I adore that design so when I saw the semi-circle stamp included in the new Flower Circles set I squealed! Simply perfect to replicate that pattern.
And here's my card
I stamped the semi-circle in several colors. Is there something more relaxing than stamping a pattern? Once the background was done, I die cut the smaller tag from Surface - Tag Die Starter Kit in three different colors, layered them and stamped a sentiment combining stamps from Bowtiful Additions stamp set.
A few gold enamel dots and a twine bow finish up the card. I hope it inspires you to play along with the challenge!
Thanks for visiting!
Such precision in your stamping! This is amazing and something I would never attempt, love it!

What an amazing background!! Love the texture of the base cardstock you used, it gives the perfect feel, I want that as patterned paper! ;) Oh! And the whole card is great, love the sentiment stamped that way on two tags.
