Hi friends! The April release from Waffle Flower Crafts finally made it's way to me and I couldn't wait to share some ideas with you! One of the big surprises in this release are the new inks. They are amazing, and here's a card to prove it...
I used the solid daisies from A Bunch stamp set to stamp a whole background using a few different colors from the Spring Blend and Summer Blend inkpads. The colors I used are 1, 3, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 16.
The whole background came together super fast! I love stamping my own backgrounds and coming up with different color combinations, it's so very relaxing :)
To finish the card I didn't want to add a lot of distraction from the pretty background, so I adhered a strip of vellum and used the Congrats die and the Tiny Twine Bow die, which I die cut twice and layered for an even more festive look. Isn't that bow adorable? I want to put it everywhere! And the price is unbeatable, too.
And here's our happy card with a matching envelope.
That's it from me today! I hope you'll give a try to this fabulous inks. The coverage, super fast drying and vibrant colors really impressed me.
Thanks for visiting!
Great stamping! I really love the colors you chose too!
