Hello friends! Do you know what is better than one versatile product? Two versatile products! And what's better than two versatile products? Two versatile products that work great together! And that's the case with Waffle Flower Crafts Surface - Tag die - Starter Kit and the newly released Chunky Chevron die. I used the die cut chevron to give the basic tag a whole new look and create a fish tail tag.
There's truly a million different combinations you can make with the chevron die. I decided to use two different sized chevron die cuts for my tags. First, I used a T-ruler to measure the exact center of the tags so I could adhere the chevrons perfectly centered. Once the chevron border was adhered, I just trimmed the excess from both the chevrons and the bottom of the tags. They look beautifully finished and I love the pierced detail!
The sentiment comes from Lacy Flower stamp set and the lovely scrumptious succulents are is from Succulents stamp set. I just heat embossed them in white and used a grey copic marker to add a bit of depth.
